Secure Document Upload Area

Your documents are uploaded into a secure storage area whilst they await review, this is partially automated but will be manually reviewed if required. You will be notified if there any issues, otherwise your order will be dispatched.

Using your smartphone camera is perfect, the document should not be cropped where possible, it needs to show the relevant details clearly and sharply. If the image is unsuitable for review, you will be notified and given the opportunity to re-upload.

We must retain a copy of the documents for a period of 12 months as directed by DVLA.
The documents are automatically deleted immediately after the period elapses. Records of the number plate manufacture are kept for 3 years.
The DVLA, Police and Trading Standards can see these records if they ask.
Documents are stored in encrypted private storage.

Images in jpg format and files of pdf are accepted. Smartphone images are the easiest way to submit your verification.
